We handcraft 350° Cheese Straws in small batches in Beaufort North Carolina for your pleasure.
We use only the finest Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, flour and specially chosen spices. You first taste the rich sharp cheese in our long crispy cheese straws, then experience a spicy finish. This special spiciness comes in at the end of the tasting, and compliments the rich cheese flavor with a nice kick.
Our cheese straws are never soft and bready, they always are crunchy and crisp.
We hope you enjoy our cheese straws. 350 Cheese Straws make great gifts. Enjoy them for cocktail parties, bridal showers, weddings, or any special occasion.
All 350 straws are hand selected after baking for your tin, and contain an overflowing double handful of cheese straws. We pack each tin with straws that are no shorter than our pinkie finger. Each tin contains 9.5 ounces of straws.
